I NEED STARBUCKS! Coffee was on all of our minds when we first landed after the almost 9 hour plane ride to London. A Forest Ridge girl going without Starbucks for more than 9 hours is just not heard of. I have to say that the coffee in London was not as well made as the coffee in Seattle, but at that point it didn’t matter. Some of us even ordered two, just because we knew that we wouldn’t be able to have some for two weeks.

Clearly, from the expression on my face, I wasn't entirely awake at Heathrow. All I remember is noise everywhere: people talking, the loudspeaker chiming in every two seconds. Eeep. I was tired, but I just couldn't sleep. All this is compounded with the fact that traveling to Uganda produces enough excitement already!
