After a night of rest, we are actually able to sleep in a little and enjoy a breakfast not involving white bread and peanut butter before embarking on a walking tour of London. We did have a slight problem getting started, though. The trains were very crowded at this time of the day, and part of our group didn't make it on in time, so we had to wait on Bond Street for them to appear. Heh. Bond. James Bond. :P
We clumped together in what I like to call herd formation and quickly passed by all the famous sights of London—we have a plane to catch, you know!
Another random picture of us walking. Look at all those tall old buildings! And people in business suits! And new cars! No one is smiling and waving at us? Where are we?! What kind of place is this?!

Ahh! Culture shock!
After hearing about the London bombings it was comforting to see military personnel. Although they were just practicing simple drills, it was great to know that we were still protected. Their hats were also a means for comedic relief after a stressful trip from Uganda, and a late night out the night before.
Dr. Graeber stops for a moment to ask for directions. Is the Big Ben this way, or that way?

Might I add...the policemen in the U.S. should seriously consider wearing those very cool hats.
After our dizzying adventure around London, we head back to the hotel, grab our carry-ons, and take the Tube back to Heathrow.

The mood is quiet. Time to go home. So much has happened on this relatively short journey.
We sit together in the middle part of the train...who needs seats anyway? It's almost like the separation of a family. In a few hours we'd be home, and we wouldn't be around each other 24/7.

So here it ends.
...And it will begin again—to continue as long as there is a need for us, the computers, and technology.

As they say in Lugandan, Tunaalabagana!
